Can I withdraw my Paypal funds this way?

    If she has a paypal account and her card is linked to her paypal account then I can't see why not.

    Yes that is what I am going to do, create a paypal account for her, add her card in, verify the account and withdraw the money in her debit Visa card.
    It will work fine I believe, will post here the results soon.
