Seeing that you are from Singapore, your only option would be to either withdraw to a Singapore Bank account or a US Bank account from your Paypal account. There is no option to withdraw to a debit card, if they did allow that, your financee would need to share the same name as you.

I am going to witdraw it in Malaysia and searching on the internet, fellow malaysians are withdrawing their money through debit cards with a local bank here (Public Bank).

I don't have an account with them but my fiancee have because she lives in Malaysia. It is not a shared account.

I can use that debit card to verify my paypal, can I use it to witdraw as well?

If your debit card is linked to the bank in Malaysia here is what you need to do
Add the Malaysian bank account to your paypal account
    Wait for the verification deposits
    Verify the deposits on paypal
Withdraw money to the Bank account the debit card is linked to.

    Easy breazy

I thought that Paypal would checked to see if the name matches. I supposed you could give it a try, the worst that could happened is that you be charged a penalty fee.

Guys I think I got the answer...I need to get the bank account under my name and apply for a debit Visa card.

Once I get the debit visa card, I need to verify my paypal account and then withdraw the money to my card with the $5 charges. The max I can withdraw a day is $500.

I will try this way out, read it on the net, many people here are doing it with success.
    Thanks a lot!

Just add your bank account and withdraw to it. Make sure the name you provided PayPal upon registration is consistent with your name registered to your bank account

I am thinking of using your idea..better than me opening an account in a bank, saves time and effort.

Even if it is VISA, you need to check with your bank if it supports loading of funds because not all VISA card supports that.
