Yes, you can withdraw your money to your local bank account from Paypal. Make sure the account details you have added are accurate.
You can still withdraw your money for being unverified. You dont need to verify your account in order to withdraw your money. Probably the bank and paypal details were not matching and transaction got reversed. Double check the name and then withdraw.

No, you can't withdraw money if your account is not verified.

    I encountered this issue before.

Just call your bank call center and they will tell you how to get your paypal account verified. If they does not offer the service, change bank. I am sure there is banks in India do the business.

    Hope this help

Well, if its paypal then you can call them on 0014029352050 for quick response. :)

As they generally send automated replies to mails. :(

And ya you can withdraw funds even when your PayPal is unverified.

I am telling you. You can withdraw your money even if you are not verified. No need to verify your accout. If you have added the bank account details, you can withdraw the amount.

You can easily do the withdrawal from your unverified Paypal account as it has no concern with the status of your account.

The only but very important criteria is that your name as it appears on your Paypal account should match exactly with that on your bank account. :)

Indian people can withdraw their money to their local bank account even if they are not verified in paypal. You dont need to verify your paypal account in order to withdraw your money. Just add bank account details

If you are an indian , it wont affect you..
also the name on your paypal account is not necessarily the name of your bank account.
yeah sir name should be same...!!

If your last name is same in Bank and at paypal then you can easily withdraw your money.

In 'Add' Bank account page (Profile > Add/edit Bank account), Just enter the name that is in your bank account (Sandip Kumar).

And then withdraw money to that account. :)
