Can I withdraw money from my Paypal account?

    I'm from Romania; can I withdraw money from Paypal?
    I just realized that I can pay with Paypal, but can I receive money to my paypal account and then transfer them to my bank account?
    I'm new with this; please let me know if you have any idea

    I think Romania is covered in the list to withdraw fund. You just need to add DC/CC to accept your money.
