Your CTR will go lower, but the price-per-click won't lower. It isn't because you get many views but not so many clicks that the value of the click isn't as high as a website with many views and many clicks. It's better to have 1 quality click than 10 sucky clicks ;)

So no, they won't ban you -- it's pretty normal that owners visit their own websites regularly to check stuff out ;)

This is real traffic. And since they don't pay for traffic (or maybe just a very, very small percentage) they won't ban you for it. They will ban for fake clicks, not for fake traffic. Only for traffic that isn't allowed -- like PTC traffic ;)

They WILL ban for fake traffic, it's called invalid impressions and is listed in the Policies as such! It inflates the impressions over that which natural visitors would provide. Viewing your own many times probably won't result in a ban, but if you just sit there and constantly hit refresh for a while I wouldn't make any guarantees.

As long as you keep it "natural", there's no need to worry about getting banned. BUT if you are intentionally trying to trick/play with Adsense by refreshing it without any purpose, than you might get caught by Google.

How to keep things natural: As a webmaster, you have to check your site many times a day. Try to view your site with less page refreshes. For example: Dont' refresh your webpage more than 10 times. (this is just for example)

    Best wishes,

That's what I said. Your own traffic isn't fake traffic, it's normal user traffic. And since you are the owner it is very normal that on some days you watch your site a lot. But I also mentioned they ban for fake traffic generated to things like PTC etc.

So what I said was correct. ;)

It is just normal for website owner to check his / her pages if its displaying properly. For as long as that the intention of your page visit is not to increase your adsense page impressions, its fine.
