Can I verify my paypal even it has limited access?

    I just got limited access to my unverified paypal account.

    Can i still verify using VCC? After that I have to give proof of address to paypal right?

    Where can I get verified using VCC with 5 usd?

    If you signed up using a visa credit card (VCC?), you can get verified rather easily. Verifying with your bank account is a more convenient way to do it, but many people just have to wait 4-5 business days for everything to get verified. If you can see their deposit immediately through online banking then it goes a lot faster.

    Of course if you're outside of America, Canada or western Europe this timetable can stretch a bit.

    But my response to your original question would be that yes, you can verify your account if you have limited access.

    you can buy a vcc from other dp member(s) to get it verified.
