Can I verify my paypal account with somebody else's CC

Hi,
Can i verify my paypal account from some1 else's Credit card.
I am from India.

I am not sure if VCC's will work from India...If any1 got a good free VCC link...please let me know....Or otherwise, I'm willing to pay atmost $2 for a VCC via paypal.

 

The whole purpose of verification is to determine that you are who you say you are based on your credit card details. If you use someone else's credit card then it would totally defeats the purpose of verification.

 

Yes, I second that what eddy is saying.. You can't verify your paypal account with somebody else's CC numbers. From such a thing you will only invite troubles and not a verified PayPal account So, don't even think that..

 

definitely nope..pp will put a red flag on your account causing them to limit it..

 

why? is there any problem with PP for using VCC?

 

Refer to eddy's post about why a credit card verification is needed in the first place. PP verification precess is meant to verify your identity and location, using a "virtual credit card" is tricking their system. If they say that your particular country is not supported then by all means you should not use their service, otherwise you're committing fraud.

yes. its all based on the credit card details and billing documents..whewww verification process is the hardest part in my case..

well let me see a couple month again, i buy VCC to verified and i using my paypal to accepted payment or making payment, so far no problem....

 

Try to get vcc from member in this forum. There is a lot of people sell. .

 

I think the account name and the credit card name has to match
