I need to know is there any risk involve by using a prepaid debit card to verify your paypal account? If a prepaid debit card can verify my Paypal account how am I going to obtain the confirmation code? I don't need to withdraw the credit just lift the limitation will be suffice.
Yeh you can get conformation code from prepaid debit card also. Of which bank u r using card..let me know that.. so that i can tell you the procedure...
paypal can be verified only by using credit card and this is what i know. Some of the debit cards may be accepted but 90% won't work.
You can use VCC but, but what you gain, increasing the limit? even so, you can not add funds into your paypal account. the VCC expires in 24hrs. In that case how can you load thru your card into PP. Hence VCC is not the life boad.its a or not even a kayak, but simply a dingy.
Yes it can be done as long as you debit card allow online transaction. For the confirmation code, you can look for it at your monthly statement.
Visa electron card nothing but a tongue cleaner, NOT useful for online transactions. No CVC code, no exp date. No debit card useful for verification purpose. VCC is not a life boat for your pp problems look my postings.
Maybe that is case for Visa Electron from your country. With mine I verified Pay Pal, I am buying domains on GoDaddy and Moniker. I bought thing on various shops. Basicaly it get rejected only when I dont have funds on it. It has that three number code behind. This Visa Electron is from european Reiffeisen bank.
Yes there are prepaid debit cards you can use to activate your paypal account but be very careful when selecting one because some will not be accepted by paypal. If you search on google, there is a page that gives a list of prepaid cards that can be used on paypal.
