Can I verify my indian paypal ac by virtual credit card?

I have recently created an Indian paypal ac and I want to verify this ac by using virtual credit card, can I do this? If yes then also let me know from where I can purchase virtual credit card.

YEs you can do it, but its risky when paypal again ask you to confirm later.

 

Yes you can. I have done so. But if later on at some point Paypal decides to do a "random check" and do the verification process of the card again, we are screwed. Unfortunatelly that's a risk I am willing to take. I have been verified over 2 years now with this VCC and they have not said anything yet. If you have no other choice you may do it. If random check, so nothing difference bw any kind of cards

 

Some good answers above but I do not see that anyone has answered his question about where he can buy a VCC. Out of interest I would also like to know, not for personal use but just to know so I can advise some of my customers.

 

Many banks provide this facility. So, check out banks in your area and you should be able to find some with this facility.

As far as I know, yes you can. I'm not India, but also use VCC for verify paypal
