    and they ask me to add Bank Account thats why i'm asking

    No; my account was verified since 1 year and now they ask me to attcah Bank account and proof adress
    the proof is done but verifivation Bank account still waiting
    thats why i ask if i can do it with US bank account ? and how can i buy one?

    You can add a US Bank account to withdraw funds from Paypal but Indian Paypal Accounts can be verified by VCC, Credit Cards and add on Credit Cards and it's simple.

    You can get funds in INR in your Indian Bank Account so why are u using a US Bank Account.
