Can I use USA coupon for any other country?

    Suppose I have a USA/Canada coupon code or voucher. Can I use this coupon/voucher from Pakistan, India, UAE ?

    No, Billing address maters. so US coupon is valid for US people only. Bing issues country wise coupon codes

    can't get through the verification stage for sure. Only valid for US or Canada for most cases.
