    Can I use Unverified Paypal Account for Receiving & Sending Money ?

    And Can I also use unverified Paypal account for purchasing like domain names and hosting ?

    Last Question is what it means "Withdraw money Limit lifted" ?

    You only need a Credit Card on your account to send/receive money. However, if you add a bank, you won't have limit's, and you will be verified. However, you can use the unverified one too. As long as it has a Credit Card.

    No when you are Unverified please don't tell any body to send payment to your account becuase when you are Unverified Member you are not recieve any payment but if any body sent payment to your account amount will deducted but you have not recieve

    should you have to verify your paypal account to keep it safe.
    many ways to verify paypal you can with a credit card and can also use the VCC if u don't have credit card.

    Verify your Paypal account before you start any transaction, else your account will be limited and they will keep your money for 6 months. I had even shown many documents after my account was limited, they didn't approve those and what I got was my money after 6 months.

    Yes, you can receive and send money , but you have limit monthly. this is only for other countries. Every country have rules.

    No you can't send and receive money, if your account is still unverified. You can use a bank account to verify you paypal a/c. This will verify the account but will not lift the sending options. To enable the sending option, you must add a credit card or Debit card. If you don't have any credit card, you can use VCC card like entropay to lift the sending limit.

    Yes you can, however certain sites you can only use a verified paypal. So it limits what you can buy/sell. I would largely recommend verifying your account.

    AS you appear to be from Pakistan you can actually not have a PayPal account because they don't provide services there but you can buy domains using Virtual Credit Cards or BitCoins.

    Withdraw money Limit lifted means you had certain limits on Withdrawing amount and it has been lifted/removed but some new limits may get applied.

    I would not suggest you to do anything which is not allowed as per norms but here is something which you may like.

    If u want to be a verified member:

    1st of all add ur bank account,
    2 money will be send to ur bank account (FOR EX. LIKE THIS - Rs 1.98 and Rs 1.17),
    Add the exact amount in your Pay-Pal ID there is a option and u will be verified.

    And if u have a unverified PP ID u cant receive money,
    But as above some members said if u add Credit card u can send money (THOUGH I AM NOT SURE, IF U HAVE A UNVERIFIED PP ID U CAN SEND MONEY FROM THERE)

    Some websites accept to pay money with unverified paypal account, hosting24 accepts unverified paypal payments.. but the thing is you can make payments with unveried paypal if they implemented resctrictions on your country. You need to add credit card or bank account and make payment with paypal. Money will be deducted directly in your bank account or credit card. If you dont have those two things, then join in entropay and create free vcc and add it to paypal. Your paypal will become verified, and you can make payment with you paypal. Money will be deducted from your entropay vcc. You must fund your entropay vcc before making payment. If you still have any doubts then i can help you to solve this issue.     You can send and recieve without being verified but you have a limit and some paypal users like companies can refuse non validated accounts.
