    yes, you can.there is non need to use 2 usernames. one is enough :)

    You can make 2 paypal accounts if the names are different and pan cards are different. A household can have many members with their own paypal account so it is possible.

    You can also create one personal and one premier/business account in the same name.

    If you already have a PayPal personal account, you can still open a separate business one. You will have to use different email addresses and financial information, but you can have two PayPal accounts.

    Paypal agree with 2 accounts to 1 person in their policies. You can have 1 personal and 1 premier or business account with same username and address.

    I use 1 business account registered to my company name and 1 personal account registered to my own name. Works fine.

    Basically if you are just 1 person and using 2 paypal accounts well, one of it cannot be verified due to the fact that you already have a verified paypal account unless you name the other one to something else.
