Can i use this domain?

    I own the domain www.msnavatarz.com planing to build a gallery of avatars for MSN and other social networks.
    Do you see any legal issue if I use this domain?

    You don't see a problem because you don't think MSN is a registered mark. Go
    to USPTO.GOV, search for MSN, and count how many results there are.

    OTOH, registration is not required for a trademark to exist. Search for common
    law trademark.

    If you're planning to do what you stated, olti, consider the possibility of losing
    it to Microsoft, especially if it shows hints of commercial use like ads.
