Can I use this company name?

    Basically I am wondering when a company is limited whether I can use the name?

    use the same name for my company? we don't have the same services but i can't think of another name as my initials are tcs :D

    You can as long as your name will be like: TCS Other Service /L/t/d/ and with a different tagline too (and of course if the new name you consider is not already trademarked).
