Yes you can, just be sure to give credits to the original uploader plus write an article about the video. Video only content has a high risk of being banned.
There won't any problem if you are using embed code of the video or giving link it on your website, but If you will upload to your site after downloading from any source then you might get banned.
yes. i want to use adsense. i am going to build a site, all the content come from youtube. can i do it? does mysite have a problem?
You can't do that. It is against YouTubes policies to monetize a site that consists primarily of embedded videos. Adsense will reject you. Ignore what Saulkaroo and myshufflemix are telling you. If you do not beleive me, then just read YouTubes policies and/or apply to adesense and you will be rejected withe the message "site does not comply with Google's policies"
It safer to use and embedded youtube video with a non adsense site. Youtube is owned by Google which gives them a more strict guidelines.
Youtube offers embed code to include it on your website... No issues unless you dont edit the embed code
No copyright issues. As long as the embed code is available, you can use it on your site. As far as adsense is concerned, it is against the TOS to monetize a site that contains only YouTube videos. However, if you write an unique article and the article also contains an embeded video, then it's fine. Example of incorrect implementation Article Title Embed Video Example of correct implementation Article Title Text Content Embed Video Disclaimer - This is as per my interpretation of the Adsense TOS. To be 100% sure, I suggest you ask in the Google forums or email adsense support to check if your site meets adsense requirements. It makes sense to double-check before you get started rather than risking an account ban just before you receive the payment.
A friend of mine does just like you advice and everything works fine. No problems with Adsense at all
