You should use a unique set of KWs, description and meta title for every page, related to the page content, not the general site content.

    Of course you can.

Just don't expect it to be effective.

Each page on a site is a doorway through which visitors can enter. Each doorway is unique. If you are lazy about the title (forget about the keywords metatag, it is useless) then neither visitors or the SE's will know what the page is about.

The title is probably the single most important on page element. Why would you want to screw it off with a templated sameness?

I agree... <title> is THE most important on-page ranking factor. Each page on your site should be targeting a different keyword phrase. Therefore, the <title> of each page should be different and contain that page's specific targeted keyword phrase. Same for the meta keywords (worthless at Google and most engines) and the meta description (which should contain all of the keywords from the <title> as well as a call to action to get the user to click thru to your site when that meta description is shown in the SERPs as the snippet).

yes, you can use same title, description and keywords for all pages but at the view point of search engine optimization, you will not able to get traffic or benefits from unique key phrase.

If you can use unique key phrases for meta tags on every pages then you will able to get traffic from other key phrases.

If you wish to have all your websites pages listed in the search engines, I would highly suggest that you provide a unique <title> and meta description for each of your webpages.
If you use the same, you will not do good with the SE's

Yasil, yes you may have but you will limit yourself on how your other pages will list on the search engines. Using unique title and description will allow for other pages to rank high also.

As a general rule, you should not be using the same <title> or <meta description> for multiple pages. What you're saying, when you do that, is that those two pages have the same content. But if they have the same content, why have you got two separate pages? The description needs to tell people (and search engines) clearly what the page has to offer them. If you use the same text on each and every page then not only will it be harder for Google to figure out the purpose and point of each page and to rank it accordingly, but it will be hard for potential visitors to figure out which page (if any) they want to look at.

Is this what you want your site to look like in Google?

Hi, from my opinion you can not use same title, meta tag, description for all the pages in a site, Reason is If you use same you are go on duplicate and spam.

No you can't do that. Google crawler count as spam for these meta tags.
