    If you're managing adwords accounts for other people, and want to pay from one source, link the accounts in an MCC
    http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=7725

    However if you're trying to get past Google policies on double serving or using vouchers that are intended only for new accounts, you will be found out sooner or later, and you will be banned.

    The constant references to being banned didn't alert you to the fact that you'll be banned?
    Okay - this is the risk. If you don't have a legitimate reason to be managing more than one account - in which case you need an MCC - they will ban you from adwords. Permanently. You will not be able advertise anything with the same name, address, credit card, or domain name.
