How do you plan on getting microsoft.com?

In regards to your question, i don't think you would have any problems. Lots of people have the same names. You would probably run into potential issues with the "content" of those sites.

MikeNumbers1 is wrong. You CAN and most likely WILL run into legal issues if you were to buy any of the domains listed and push content to them. There is a law (anti-cybersquatting law) that protects big business from users buying domains that are similiar to their trademarks. I learned this the hard way and know for 100% fact that if you were to register a site such as "www.Microsoft.me" (the .me is the new domain extensions) and push a site to it, you'll have to surrender the domain the MS... even if you've poured thousands into marketing it and building the site. So... my advice is don't even bother.

You cant really register domain which is a trademark or which is deliberately similar to one because doing so would be pointless, it can be taken off you at any time
