Can i use someones ATM cards ?

    can i use anyones ATM cards like my relatives. is that Legal, if not Legal then how much illegal. :D:D

    if it is in full agreement with the owner it is sure legal.
    same as your dad says "go to the kitchen and fetch 50$ from my purse"

    If your relative has given you the permission to make a withdrawal you can surely use the same.

    If carrying out illegal withdrawal at the atm, remember there are CCTV camera's to see you. You maybe arrested for illegal usage/activities. :)

    Here in Singapore, if you a joint account with someone, each of the joint-account holder would get their own ATM card. They do not allow you to share ATM card or allow anyone else to use it since they take pictures of everyone at the ATM machine here.

    If you are unsure, it is best to check with your bank.

    Checking with your bank would be the best bet to know the exact legality of it but:

    When you go to an ATM, the machine does not know what your relative looks like, so as long as you have their card and know their pin it will grant you the money and snap your picture.

    Since you had their permission, nothing will arise from it.

    If you did not have their permission, they could look up that transaction and see that you removed the money from the picture.
