Can I use SBI virtual card to make offshore payments through Paypal? Also can it be used to buy products of non indian sites like, ebay.com (general products), hostgator.com (hosting) etc

I am not sure whether SBI Virtual Credit Card will work with PayPal, but if you not use it through PayPal then the Credit Card can be used to Purchase General Produts worldwide where VISA Card are accepted.

SBI does provide virtual credit card facilities, but they allow only INR transactions only. As of now, they do not allow $$ payments and as such it cannot be used for paypal or any where else where the currency used is $$.
