you can use same title but submit in other directories because Google accept only one link with one directory. so always use different sites for same keywords.

Try to use this if possible.

Say you want to rank for "pink porcupine".

Create for each 1000 links you create, prepare 10-20 phrases like this:
    pink porcupine #random_word_here

This ranks you for pink porcupine and add variation.

I think the best strategy is to hire a full time backlinking specialist. I found a company in Eastern Europe recently and they have backlink specialist full time building backlinks for me. 8 hours per day 40 hours per week and it costs less than $3.95 per hour. In addition to building linkwheels manually they have all the software to add the speed and automation. Best of all videos creation and distribution, bookmarking and all types of ways of generating backlinks are included as well.

Yes you are best served by mixing it up a little. Duplicate title can be characterized as duplicate content.

I had used the same title and description for so long, now IO mix it up and seem to get better results, I'm not sure if you should use so many completely differnet anchor texts or not,
but variations of the same seem like an effective way .

Yes it is best to vary the text so it appears more natural to the search engines. The text around the link or the description may also be a factor so this should be varied as well.

Yes you can but it's better if you re-phrase it a bit to get the best result and maybe hit some high paying keyword with it.
