yes you are correct, I don't need to control multiple accounts.

 

u can have two diferent accounts under the same name, but two different financial and mail info's. this means that u can login to the same account from the same pc at the same time. only wen the two accounts have the same name, if its diferent paypal systme would automatically flag it.
