It is best to target different group of keywords for different pages. This does not mean one keyword per page. For example is you are selling blue widges, light blue widgets, faded blue widgets, red widgets, rose color widgets you would likely have two sets of keywords one focused on the red color widgets and the other on the blue widgets. Thus two groups , two pages.

It's not a clever idea to use the same keywords on all pages. You won't be able to rank 3-4-5 internal pages in Google Top 10 for the same keyword anyway.
What you should do is optimize each page for a different keyword and point some quality backlinks with that keyword to the page.

Don't use the same keywords on all the pages. Its like you targeting the different keywords on different domains. It will be a waste of time for you. Try to target relevant keywords with lesser competions on you other pages. sometimes inner pages ranks on a particular keywords than the home pages on a different keyword..

I would recommend you avoid using such a keyword stuffing like a plaque. That could harm your site almost immediately after those pages have been found out by Googlebots. I would recommend you to add 20 pages and target one keyword each page instead. This could be a much better strategy. Internal linking from homepage to inner pages and linked between relevancy pages together.

It's claver to use different keywords pages and get some back link point on that page using the keyword whihc you already use for those pages, same keywords using multiply time is not much profitable
