    Yes. It is also a good idea to create different channles for your blogs so that you can tell which site your revenue is coming from.

    You have to use one account. You are not allowed to make more then 1 adsense account or both will be banned.

    Just make sure all of your sites comply with the TOS, if one violates it your account will be banned and you won't be able to use it on any of your sites.

    Yes, You can add. I added in my five blogs. No problems at all. It is not against TOS.
