I am new to Paypal. i want to accept payment from a company which wants to buy my products. My question is Can i use my Premier account or i have to use a business account to accept money from company? If this company pay me to my premier account, will cause any Tax and accounting issues for them? i am not live in USA,i have no any idea about this.
You can use either of them. The difference between Premier and Business account is Business account has Multi-user access. (which allows you to give access to others in your company....access can be enabled for specific functions for a particular person)

Who a company pays would not make a difference to their tax or accounting liabilities or procedures. Probably the only thing is that a private individual may not issue receipt or invoices and the company may need you to sign some vouchers to state that you receive money from them. But that is their internal issue and would not really concern you in any way. A Premier Paypal account can receive payment from companies or other individuals. As to whether they want to deal with you really depends on them. If you are trustworthy and are honest, companies should not have a problem dealing with you. Officially speaking, big companies probably would not use paypal to make payments in the first place, usually it is small companies or private individuals so you really do not need to worry. They probably are in the same boat as you.
