no dont do it or paypal will limit your account and you wont be able to remove the limit no matter what you do... if your country is not in there list then dont... use other service to recieve paypal fund... i think www.Plimus.com is nice for this...

Paypal does not list the country it supports just for the fun of it and you must be from one of the Paypal supported country in order to sign up for an account.

If you simply ignore this and try making up fake information then just be prepared to suffer from the consequences of your actions. Paypal is not a little kid which you can play with or fool.

If you are not allowed to use it then don't use it.

Shand0 -- PM me and I will tell you how to get Pay Pal, and what to do to be able to use it successfully. Their services are ip address based and they do pay attention to that. I have a solution for you.

You cannot sign up if you are not from an approved country.

Do not think of signing up with fake information. If you have a relative in a Paypal approved country, you can request him to pay and receive money on your behalf.

Paypal is very hard now,but I still believe that you can do it even from blocked country.
You need a real dedicated US IP to hide your ip address, paypal can trace http proxies and socks very easy.
You can verify it through a vcc or to buy a bank account with ATM in US from a vendor here.
but you should care a much while you are dealing with paypal, its like play with fire.
    Thanks

Keep in mind, there are literally hundreds of payment processors out there, so you should consider checking some of those out.

    Safepay
    Alert Pay

Just to name a couple, both of which are free as well. Just do a search via google and you can find a good number of them.

    Take care,

Ahh I see, yeah in that case I'm not sure what else to suggest other than to talk to paypal themselves and see if you can make some kind of arrangements. It could be that they may allow you to use it if you go through some kind of formal verification of some sort.

At least it doesn't hurt to ask, especially if you are forced to used paypal as the solution.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help,

Well if you are willing to take a risk you could register an account in the name of a person who lives in a country which is supported by paypal and then inform the person of what you have done. Now when you are to receive money, paypal will sent a check to that person. The person can then cash the check and send you the money. I know some people do this. That is really the only other possibility I see. A sort of partnership between you and the other person. It doesn't really violate the terms of service either.
