i am pakistani. the pakistan is not in the paypal worldwide page. Can i use paypal.

Paypal doesn't allow Pakistan in country list. For Pakistan, Moneybookers in best option.

You can use it but it's very hard, first you'll have to use a VM card to verify it, and ofcourse proxies/socks of the registered country which you'll use everytime you log in. But it's hard as paypal could limit your account at any time, then you'll have to be good with photoshop hope you understand what I mean.

 

If you know a good friend from US or any country where paypal is supported, you can deposit the money to his account and once you get the enough money just withdraw it and ask your friend to send it to you through western union.
