    Nope, no credit card = no ability to do online purchases. You really need one to survive the online world.

    In Germany for example there is absolutely no need for a CC to use PP 100%.

    I think you really need to used CC to verify paypal with your credit card. Anyway you can buy VCC online if you don't want to used your credit card.

    You could verify your PayPal with a bank account. That's what I did.

    That is pretty much one of the exception where credit card is not needed but the OP needs to be located in Germany in order to do that.

    Even in the US, you can verify your account with a bank account but you still require a credit card to lift the limits.

    Complteley depends upon which country you are from?
    Some countries CC and Db both are accepted, in some only CC and few where u need to hv CC/DB and bank account too.

    You can use PayPal (without CC) to recieve, send payment but there's a limit for an unverified account. You need a CC to uplift this limit.

    Yes you most certainly can. But it would be very hard to verify your paypal account if you don't have a CC.

    You can but you 'may' face problems in future. However, many people are using VCC verified accounts without any probs.

    I'm not sure where the origional poster is located but in the United States it's very easy to verify PayPal and limit the restrictions using a free direct deposit account that comes with a prepaid MasterCard or Visa. It's not against the terms of service and in addition to the PayPal debit card avaliable, you can withdraw and access your funds easily for free via the easy direct deposit service and withdraw feature avaliable via PayPal. Therefore, you don't have to go all the way when getting a "credit card" and can get a free debit card that's branded as a Visa but has no impact on credit score, etc. etc. Good luck and take care!
