Can I use other Business Logos Or Images To promote them?

I have a blog where I just talk about useful sites. Can I use these sites logos? And can I upload it to an image hosting service?

 

If you're an authorized business partner, it shouldn't be a problem.

However, in your case put up a small note in your footer that states,

And you should be OK.
