Can I use my friend's pancard number for creating a new paypal account?

    Hi,

    I don't have a pancard number. Can I use my friend's or father's pancard no. to create a new paypal account. Will it be a problem, while withdrawing money to bank account?

    I strongly suggest you to not add your friends as well as others Pan Card number in your paypal account else you'll have to face problem in future because there is no option to change Pan Card number (details) in paypal.

    I think you cant use any other pan card no. for paypal account because they need same name on Pan card and paypal. If you will create a paypal account on your friend name then your bank account also need same name to withdrawal the funds. so it is better if you can make your own pan card.

    Yes, please do not use your friend's PAN card number. You will get in trouble if paypal ever ask for your PAN number.

    You can not do that...The name registered on your PayPal account must match the name registered on your bank account.Otherwise you can not withdraw

    It may create problem in future for your friend and you as well, because your friend will be highlighted in Income Tax Department and the time you need to change your pan card. Your payment may be stuck.

    BUT I have used my sister's pan card in my personal a/c. It works.

    You can create paypal account with your dads pan card , just register paypal with dads name and bank .. tats it

    No, it is not true. There are people using other's pancard in their paypal. and paypal do not verify name on pan and paypal account. And I don't think there will be a problem in withdrawing money. But when if this person's account got limited and when they ask for a pancard proof, then it can become a headache

    Well if they check in future then what will happen.RBI might impose some new regulations.One cant be sure what gonna happen in future???

    create a new account with your father's name and add his pan card and also add his bank account only as bank details must match the paypal details

    No please dont even try that because paypal and reserve bank is so strict now and you should have same name on paypal as pan card
