    You no need credit card to apply paypal
    If you use your friend credit card and your friend agree, it shallnt be a problem but the paypal account is under your friend's name, mean it is her/his account

    No you can't use, because the name will be different on both. That will create a problem.

    No, I have PayPal with different name and credit card with different name so there is no problem and I am using that from last 2 years.

    it's not a big deal if you use your friend CC, but just in case you must ask the scan of your friend ID card,CC billing statement etc. to restored your account if someday your account being limit by paypal.

    Not recommended, i recently see post in DP about this. That user account get banned due to too many add-removal of cards. You have to use VCC every time, so ultimately its end at ban
