I wouldn't know, I have logged into my account from different countries without mishap, however I am sure this is against their rules.... You may need to contact them or get signed authority from your cousin.

There will be IP Problems, when Paypal sees that the account is being accessed from Germany and some other Country in short courses of time, they will limit the account. It would be better if you can ask your brother to inform paypal that he is travelling to XXX country (your country). Then your bro should not access his account from germany if you will access it from your country.
Your bro can also inform paypal that he has regular visits to XXX country and that the account will be accessed from both countries. But then you will have to be carefull not to access the account within short time intervals.

I hope you get my point.

    Best Regards,
    Kulwinder.

Thats right. Getting logged with different country's IP address will get account in problem. They may freeze account. If its necessary you can ask him to transect on your behalf.

I believe that under their TOS, only the account holder can use the account. It would be a breach of contract if you use your cousin's account, however some people have been known to bend the rules. I would however not recommend it because if anything happens, your cousin would lose his account or have it frozen.

You could however have a Paypal account if you are from Albania and can use it to make payments.

Yeah, it would be better if you donot take such a risk, or just ask your bro for all the transactions :)

    Best Regards,

Its not recommended. They would need much more documents like passport etc if they found account login from different country.

Check with Paypal first before you do anything.

I don't see any problem at all.

when the payment is made to your cousins account it is for your cousins account then. the rest is between you and your cousin.

    Maybe he keeps it? :p

there shouldn't be a problem. its kind of like on the business accounts that paypal has you can provide more than one user to login and send out money! just make sure your cousin is aware haha

Some people may not like to deal with someone who requires them to pay to a 3rd party. A lot of problem can arise as stated above or when the 3rd party claims he never got paid.

Besides, it would be against Paypal terms to do so. Both of you would face serious risks from each other and from Paypal. Find some other means of receiving funds and do it directly to you.

The question of IP address is not the only issue.Even if you try using other tricks and trade, one must know that you are going against PayPal rules.I would suggest you to open a ticket by raising a question in this issue with them. Then, you take your decision based on what PayPal say.Dont rely on other people views.Write straight to PayPal.

I seen many such people doing they way you function. Till now they are using their accounts. Maybe goahead with small payments n transaction keep your account verified, but it maybe a risky account. :)
