Can I use my bank account to pay a paypal user?

    Can I use my Indian bank account to pay a paypal user, as I dont have a credit card. Though I have a verified Paypal account because I had verified it when my card was working. But now its exipired...

    I know there is a way like getting prepaid visa card or entropay etc but those require high commissions .... can anybody suggest a better solution? I need to pay about $250 to a paypal user in his paypal account....

    No, you can't pay someone using Indian bank account. You need credit card.

    If the user is from India and has bank account, then use NEFT facility.

    You can use Netsafe of HDFC to pay anyone who is using PayPal. If you use HDFC then use it or or open an account in HDFC as it is going to help you in future as well.
