I have youtube hosted adsense account, can i use this account to place ads on my blogspot blog or i have submit site URL for approval ?

I believe there were some changes about this. If I remember correct, you can use your adsense code on blogspot, but I think you cannot apply with it (or simply wont be accepted). Also the URL you are registering with must be 6+ months old.
