    There's a fine line in what's considered an arbitrage made for adsense site vs a 'normal' site.

    Learn it, or you'll get banned sooner or later.

    You can definitely send traffic from you adword acount to your adsense site. I've done it.

    u definitely can send traffic thru adwords, but ur website shd contain some quality content too, only adsense ads - a big no-no. Also if u do this u'll get a very low 'google quality score' and will need to pay excessively for keywords, which will be more than adsense profits.
