    Ok finnaly we are accepted by google adsense
    But now we are confused as;

    Before we use adsense we have other site's banners rotating on our web page.

    After we are on google adsense network canwe continue selling other ad places to 3rd party web sites.

    Example:

    Can i have on the same screen of my page 3 adsense ads and plus 3 rotating banners on the top buttom and the left of the screen.

    thnx

    That would fall under the category of excessive advertising, and Google frowns upon this. There shouldn't be a problem if you just put up 3 AdSense units and one rotating banner. That way your pages won't look like they are purely build to serve ads.

    Just make sure that none of those 3rd party banners are contextual or that they mimic AdSense ads in any way.

    You can advertise what you choose as long as it is not contextual advertising.

    If for example you have a page about "Dog Clothing" you can run over to commission junction, linkshare etc and grab a banner for maybe petco.com while you have highly targeted this banner it is not contextual advertising.

    Wikipedia.com definition:Contextual advertising is the term applied to advertisements appearing on websites which ads are served by automated systems based on the content of the page.

    Excessive advertising is bad for business a cluttered website will cause people to actually use favorites or the address bar to get out so excessive advertising is not only against the TOS but you are killing your CTR.

    No one gets banned for excessive advertising as long as the clicks keep coming. Every popular site I've seen sticks their photo gallery in the middle of an obscene amount of ads, including one leaderboard Google Adsense.

    i think too many ads is an overkill. but i know that you're not allowed to have ads that look like google ones (yahoo?) on the same page.

    Well, Yahoo will fall in both the contextual and mimic category, so they are a definite ToS violation if you put them on the same page as Adsense ads.
