Now, can i download free royalty music and use it in my youtube videos? I found a good site which offers free download of royalty music as long as you put a link as a credit to them.

Yes, I was recently talking with royaltyfreemusiclibrary.com about this and I was told all their music is somehow basically uploaded onto a database of sorts that allows youtube to recognize that it is royalty free music and so can be used by its partners in their videos.
