Can I use free fonts for company websites?

I have looked at a lot of the free font sites, and notice that they say for personal use only. Can anyone tell me how to get downloadable fonts for creating a company's site. Is it ok to use the ones from, say, www.dafont.com?

    Thanks.

If it says personal use, then no, don't risk using them. You probably won't get in to trouble, but you never know. Can you not download fonts from the Microsoft site?

I'm thinking more for using with Photoshop. I did find some that you can purchase, but they start at $24 per font. Just wondering if this is average.

normally, if you're working with big company, they have thier own guidelines, what type of the font or size of the font you should use in developing any websites, graphic or etc.

i think you should talk to the person who incharge in communication.

Normally that what I did when I work in my previous company.

If they say can use free font, them use it.
