well i would suggest if you have some good us, uk, or austaian friends you can go ahead and promote some cpa a\offers or get some surveys filled.. Keep building up your fb friends it will be very helpful..
as you have a lot of friends then you create a group and add all your friends in it. then select best market area and create a group for them. contact that market area and convince them to use your group for their advertising.it is upto you how you convince them to pay you for advertising their ads in your group.
I have made money on FB by creating Fan pages with video reviews. The reviews link to Amazon products. I must say though that I have made more money by building Facebook Fan pages for businesses. Many businesses do not have a clue about optimizing their page. (after you get the required number of likes, you can choose your URL). I've been charging $197 to do pages for small business and it has been steady work. I actually had to cut back because this involved a bit of hand holding for me which was taking up too much time. I really enjoy helping these companies and tend to get a little carried away . I tend to over deliver because I know how much just a little SEO can help their business. I am now trying to stream line my offer so that I do not spend so much teaching time with each client.

i don't think so there is a direct way of earning money from facebook you can only use these friends by joining some sort of progrmas like adsense or amazon etc
