    Since early last year, the epassporte card can no longer be used with paypal.

    Best to do is to use your bank's issued credit card to verify. The Virtual ones can be very iky especially if they are not issued in your country and if they asked for a credit card statement for verification, you might be screwed.

    paypal have disabled epassport's VCC... and so the best way to verify your paypal is by using your real Credit card as bank issued credit cards are now more easy to get and comes for free....

    yeah...vcc s are good if you dont intend to be having the pp account for a long time...

    but for a long time option always go with a real cc....as pp can get to you at anytime and freeze your accountif you cant provide them the cc statements if and when they ask for it...
