Can I use Dw CS3 to set my Joomla website locally and then upload it to my website?

    Hi! friends , I want to know that is it possible that I design my Joomla website offline with my wapserver(localhost) and upload throug Dw CS3 to my website ? fore example:
    http://www.example.com.
    Please note that Joomla is configured at my website....

    Please help me to find the solution.

    I just wanted how is the whole process that evolve this, step by step. Is there any joomla extension that is used with DW Cs3 or other free script?
