Can I use Drupal for Blogging?

    I wish to do things differently. Can I use Drupal installation for Blogging? Wordpress seems overcrowded.

    There is no point going through all the fuss with the reason something is saturated. Drupal can be used in blogging but it is more complicated for this purpose compared to Wordpress since it is for advanced content management.

    Yes, Drupal can be used for blogging. It has a steep learning curve though.

    Remember, you can always change how a WordPress install looks if you don't want people to know which platform you are using...

    Performancing uses Drupal as well.

    I think Drupal is a great alternative to Wordpress. I use both. If you want a blog and a CMS in one package go with Drupal.
