Can I use <div> on adsense unit?

    I am running adsense on my blog. As google says not to change their code, is it really safe to use some additional code to make my ads looks better?

    Your not allowed to touch the actual code that Google provide you with, but you can add other code around it, like so,

</div>

    Yeah, I don't think you can put it directly in the code, but you can put it around it. You are using it to align the ads though right?
