    Did you check the Paypal website? Don't you think that would be an easier way to find out the information your looking for since Paypals rules differ from country to country? Why don't you just sign up for an account and try using whatever cards you have? :confused:

    My debit card works fine - you only need a bank account to receive money or at least that's the case with the UK. Might be different if you're outside the US or UK.
