I am trying to launch a magazine which contains some adsense stop text words like sex etc. I was introduced to a software which can convert those words to image words so that it will be unreadable by Google bots. Please my question is, is this safe for my adsense?
I think it's safe as long as the pages you'll have are not for adults, otherwise you face the same risks.
