    Competitive Ads and Services
We do not permit Google ads or search boxes accessing Google search services to be published on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads or services. This would include ads that mimic Google ads or otherwise appear to be associated with Google on your site. If you have elected to receive content-based Google ads, this would also include all other content-targeted ads. If you have elected to receive Google search services, this would include other search services on the same site and non-Google query-targeted ads. We do allow affiliate or limited-text links.

You cannot use any contextual ad service along with adsense.

If you know PHP, then use geo-targetting for displaying ads. ip2country and then update the country data.

    Hi Kids,

All of the input above is correct - you cannot serve any other contextual ads on the same page as AdSense. In addition (and frequently overlooked), if you're using AdSense for Search, you cannot serve contextual ads from another company on the same page, even if they're not search-based.

As SEO Guru suggested, I'd get in touch with AdSense Support to see what they say about this. I've never thought about it before, but technically speaking, the Firefox referrals are not contextually based, so it may not be a violation of the ToS. If you get an answer, please post it here so we'll know in the future. :)
