If the site explicitly says you can use them I don't think you'll have any problems. Email Google and ask them just to make sure.

Sure, you should always credit people when you use their writing.

 

yes you can use articles from there , i dont think for duplicate content google ban sites.

if you use content from there chances are that you will not get result.

you can, only if the article is not copyright protected.
There will be no problem for adsense.
Main problem will be, if google index the page having the article, there is a huge chance to make it supplimental.
