Yes, you can use other PPC alongside AdSense.
I use AdSense and AdBrite inlines together, which works well for me.

 

you can use adsense with other ppc as long they dont look like adsense.

 

I' have used Adtoll, Adbrite, Clicksor and Bidvertiser wih Adsense in the past with no problems.

google has no regulations about using different ad platforms with them.

 

try different ads networks. you should use cpc, cpm, or popunder as many as you want if your main goal blogging is money. just becareful with your design, visitor may go a ways if you main page is much annoy them.

 

i use adsense for content pages and other ppc for that pages that i'm not allowed to ad them like login page, terms, register etc....

I think he adds all Adbrite ad format in the page. If only use its CPC ads, it is never better than adsense.
