    Unless you are using an actual flag or pieces of a flag on your on your designs, then there is nothing illegal about it. So the answer is yes.

    I'm not up on Philippine law but in the US there is legislation but you'll see American people and companies thumbing their noses at it.

    That U.S. law has not been enforced for decades, as far as I am aware. The change in attitude seemed to come during the Vietnam war when leftists protesters burned, stepped on, and otherwise desecrated the flag. Conservatives are kind of split on this. There are those who think that law should be enforced and then there are others who view flag desecration as free speech.
